Bigger Is Better, Right?
Sometimes on listing appointments or a home buyer consultation, I’ll get asked, “is your office the biggest Boulder real estate operation?” And the truth is, no. Berkshire Hathaway Boulder brings a lot to the the table, but we are not the largest office in town. And that is something I’m proud of.
When Bigger Isn’t Better
Getting all you can eat at a buffet can be fun. Choosing what you want, making multiple trips. But big giant buffets are not usually associated with the best food. In Boulder, Frasca has has an award winning international reputation. Great food, small portions, intense personal service.
And like that experience, I strive to give my clients an Above and Beyond experience purchasing homes and selling real estate.
National Real Estate Statistics
Recently, RisMedia addressed this same concept in a review of the top selling realty companies. The business building article from June 2017 took a closer look at two successful brokerages. The article compared The 9th best ranked office – 24,381 closed transaction sides and the 10th best ranked office, with 22,691 closed transaction sides.
So far – pretty comparable. But the two offices took a really different path to that success. The better ranked office has seven times as many active Realtors, and as a result, a ratio of 3.5 transaction sides per agent. By comparison, the 10th best ranked office has almost 5500 fewer agents. And those agents average 22 transactions per year.
What a great reminder, Bigger is not always Better.
Above and Beyond Boulder Real Estate Service
I strive to give my clients great service. It starts with solid communication. And keeping all parties informed. This true as I list a home and get it market ready, then market it for sale and successfully close the transaction. But it also continues past the closing, being available to my clients on the sell or buy side, for whatever might come next.
Sellers sometimes need documentation for tax purposes a year later, or help retrieving a beloved item accidentally left at the house. Buyers frequently are seeking professional for help with landscaping, sprinklers, furnace repairs, painting, landscaping, new appliances… the list, as you can imagine, goes on and I work to be there for my clients in the future as well as the present.
So, I’m not the biggest Boulder real estate agent out there. I am proud of the job I do and have happy clients who agree. Are you ready for personalized hands on experience? Fill out this questionnaire to get the process rolling. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
